DG1411E、DG1412E、DG1413E 是 ±15 V 精密单片四路单刀单掷 (SPST) CMOS 模拟开关。Vishay Siliconix DG1411E、DG1412E 和 DG1413E 基于新的 CMOS 流程,可提供 1.5  的低接通电阻。整个信号范围内的低扁平电阻可确保极佳的线性度和低信号失真。新型 CMOS 平台可提供低功耗、最小寄生电容和低电荷注入。该设备通过 4.5 V 到 24 V 的单电源或 ± 4.5 V 到 ± 15 V 的双电源操作。模拟开关无需 VL 逻辑电源,所有数字输入都具有 0.8 V 和 2 V 逻辑阈值,以确保低电压 TTL/CMOS 兼容性。
