The package 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad is appropriate for battery instrument. This power management IC utilizes an analog IC POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT. A total of 1 channels are available. 40 pins are on it. The package contains a Tape & Reel (TR) case. You can mount this electronic part by using Surface Mount.
