-40°C~85°C TA Fixed PMIC TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tube variable is used in this program. The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1V voltage is output.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering. The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise. For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate. In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.Generally, the cathode current should be 1mA.Its lowest voltage output is 1V.
