Glenair SuperSeal™ RJ45 Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0 connectors enable commercial standard RJ45 and USB connectors to perform important connectivity functions in mil-spec application environments requiring higher levels of sealing, grounding, durability, and higher performance cable and board termination options. Glenair SuperSeal is optimized for high-speed RJ45 and USB protocol applications in industrial and military environments such as rail, naval, shipboard, and soldier-system communications. SuperSeal connectors provide IP68 mated and IP67 unmated protection. The USB protocol allows simple plug-and-play connectivity and hot-swappable addition of external peripherals, such as digitally-aided close air support technologies without restarting systems. The series provides reliability, easy integration with multiple termination styles, in-field termination with cable-sealing metal gland option, and cable cord sets adaptable to many system offerings.
