Current Sensors
Current sensors are devices used for detecting an electric current in a wire and generating an output signal proportional to that current. There are two main categories of current sensors: shunt resistors, which directly measure current through a voltage drop; and magnetic field sensors, which measure current-induced magnetic fields to retrieve the original current.
