Gate Drivers

Gate drivers are used to produce high-current drive output for the gate of a high-power transistor (such as an IGBT or power MOSFET) from a low-power input - from a controller IC. Thus gate driver ICs translate TTL or CMOS logical signals to a higher voltage and higher current.
Integrated circuits designed to serve as the interface between control signals and power switches (IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC MOSFETs, and GaN HEMTs)
