Voltage Regulators - Switching

Switching voltage regulators are used to convert from one DC voltage to another. There are three major types of switching voltage regulators: step up, step down and Inverter voltage regulators. Switching voltage regulators ICs can be used to build switching-mode power supplies by using other external components. Switching voltage regulators can have fixed or adjustable output voltages.
